In getting into the quest generator, and I've run into a wall regarding how planetary danger is stored. It needs to be re-written. Originally, every planet had a base danger calculated by it's distance to the closest Starlane planet. Then every route between planets was the average of both planets' danger ratings. It was needlessly complex. The current version is slightly different, but it still uses the same stupidly complex functions, but with one variable ignored, and this makes difficulty lookups dumb.

Yeah. Not great. I'm re-writing now. THEN when planet levels have proper storage, I can get the QuestGenerator goin'. And maybe at some point I'll art up the flash bomb.
