FST Dev Blog 30 - Difficulty

Enemy weapon generation has been re-worked. It could use some tweaking, but eh. Y'know. Everything always needs tweaking. Shmups have the fun problem of requiring instant death, which takes away the cheapest and most effective tool of 'make the enemies do more damage' to make them more difficult.

Ahh. Mechanical complexity. You are the best kind of difficulty and the toughest to build a generator for. You bitch.

Enemy movement patterns are next on the list. Maaaaaybe adjusting enemy weapon generation a little more.
